Privacy you can verify
We have no access to your bank account, we do not store your transaction data, and we do not sell it — to anyone, ever. Your data is used for one thing only: delivering the service to you.
Connect your bank account, and see your data in a simplified web dashboard and a Google Sheet, updated automatically. Privacy guaranteed.
Your data is never used, stored, or sold — we are 100% privacy first.
If you've ever tried to track your money in a spreadsheet, you know the routine. We built this so you can stop doing it.
We have no access to your bank account, we do not store your transaction data, and we do not sell it — to anyone, ever. Your data is used for one thing only: delivering the service to you.
From Chase and Bank of America to Wells Fargo, Capital One, Citi, Ally, Amex, and most credit unions — if your bank has online access, it almost certainly works here.
Prefer a clean dashboard over a Sheet? The web dashboard shows MTD/YTD spend, top merchants, categories, trends, and recurring charges — no spreadsheet skills required.
One click. We ask for permission to create one Google Sheet in your Drive — that's it. We can't see anything else.
Log into your bank securely through our partner — we never see your password. Pick which accounts to include. Connect as many banks as you want.
A Google Sheet appears in your Drive, and a web dashboard lights up with your spending. Use one, use both, switch whenever.
You already have your own categories and formulas. You just want the raw data to arrive without having to fetch it.
Reconcile bank activity for tax season or bookkeeping without the manual export grind.
Track joint and individual accounts in one shared workbook (or one shared dashboard).
Pivot, filter, and chart your transactions on your own terms — it's your Sheet, you own it.
You don't need fancy budgeting — you just want a clear picture once a month. The dashboard's enough.
If you've ever opened your banking app, sighed, and closed it again — this is for you.
No vague promises. Here's the actual boundary, in plain language.
Disconnect a bank anytime to instantly revoke our access. Delete your Sheet to remove the data. We follow the same bank-grade security boundaries as the largest fintech apps in the world.
Everything you need to get started.
For people who watch their money daily.
Sign in with Google, connect your bank through a secure login flow, and we create a Google Sheet in your Drive that auto-updates with your transactions. You can also view everything in a built-in web dashboard with spending analytics — no Sheet required.
No. We never see your bank username or password. The bank login happens directly between you and your bank — we only receive read-only transaction data after you've authorized it. We cannot move money, change settings, or do anything beyond reading transactions.
No. We don't sell, share, train AI models on, or otherwise use your data. Your transactions live in your own Google Sheet and are displayed in your dashboard — that's it. If you disconnect your bank, our copy of your access token is wiped and we no longer have any way to fetch your data.
No. We use Google's narrowest drive.file permission — it grants apps access to only the files that app itself creates. We can see the single Sheet we made for you. Every other file in your Drive is completely invisible to us. Google enforces this at the API level — it's not a promise, it's a hard wall.
More than 12,000 financial institutions, including Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One, Citi, US Bank, PNC, Ally, Discover, American Express, and the vast majority of credit unions. If your bank has online banking, it almost certainly works.
Yes. The Sheet gets created automatically because some people prefer it, but you're not required to use it. The web dashboard alone shows month-to-date and year-to-date spending, category breakdowns, top merchants, recurring transactions, monthly trends, and a 12-month income-vs-spend chart.
Most US banks provide up to 24 months of transaction history. The initial backfill takes a few minutes to a few hours to fully populate after you link a bank.
That's allowed — you own it. On the next sync, we'll create a fresh Sheet automatically. If you want to fully disconnect, use the "unlink bank" action in the dashboard and we'll revoke our access immediately.
Yes — as many as you like. Each bank creates its own tabs in your Sheet, and the dashboard aggregates everything together so you see your full financial picture in one place.
Free syncs once a month and gives you the Sheet plus a basic dashboard. Paid syncs in near real-time, unlocks the full analytics dashboard (category breakdowns, monthly trends, top merchants, recurring subscription detection), and gives you an on-demand "Sync Now" button.
Your transactions live in your Google Sheet inside your own Google Drive. We keep an encrypted access token in Google Cloud Firestore so we can refresh your data on schedule, and that's the entirety of what's on our infrastructure. We do not maintain a copy of your transactions.
Connect your bank once. Get a Google Sheet that keeps itself up to date — plus a private analytics dashboard. Free.
